Live Task board (scrum-wall)
A task-board/scrum-wall where changes are updated across clients at all times.
The unique taskboard (scrum-wall) in Daily-Scrum gives a holistic and detailed view of the current sprint at all times.
The uniqueness lies in combining an overview of the selected backlog, as well as seeing tasks being worked on at any time. Any selected backlog item can be expanded to see the tasks that belongs to that item.
Tasks are easily allocated by dragging an item from the not started state to the relevant team member. Relevant information such as estimates, work and remaining work can be updated by simply updating the values on the screen. No popups or other page loading is necessary.
Tasks can easily be split amongst teammembers, and the system will propose an equal split of the remaining work. The suggested values can of course be changed while splitting.
The task board can optionally be set up to automatically broadcast any changes to all clients having the task board open. This is very convenient if working in multi location environments, or if the project is having a television displaying the progress in a central location for everyone to see the status at all times.
